Is This A Pyramid Scheme?
Questions and FAQs

"You're the first MLM company that I have come accross that did'nt want me to buy a "starter kit" of products... Thank you." - Terry W.

Is 10pays Some Type Of Pyramid Scheme?

No.... No... No...
Absolutely Not!!

There is perhaps no word more misused in the Network Marketing business arena than “Pyramid”.

Many people use the phrase “Pyramid Program” and “Network Marketing” (also known as Multi-level Marketing or MLM) incorrectly or interchangeably.

Unfortunately, this causes confusion over the legality of 10pays and our compensation plan.

Therefore, we urge you and all members to learn what a “Pyramid Program” is and why 10pays is not such a program.

Pyramid Programs (also known as Ponzi Schemes, Airplane Plans, Chain Letters, etc) have been around for a long time and are illegal virtually worldwide. They are often promoted as a “Get Rich Quick” investment plan or a “Guaranteed Money Maker” and there are many variations.

Typically, the new recruit or “investor” is required to pay a rather large sum to join (although chain letters are often of a smaller amount). The promise made is that once you join and pay your money, you will “move up” through several levels as more new recruits join and eventually you will reach a certain point where you will receive much more money than your original “investment” back. This money will have come from the people who paid to join after you.

The problem with all pyramid programs is they require the continual recruitment of new members to keep functioning. Once the supply of willing recruits drops, the movement up the "levels" stops and the game is over... Everyone who has not reached the top level loses their money.

It is estimated that over 85% of the people that have been involved in these programs have lost money.

Here’s How 10pays is Different

It is important to understand how 10pays is completely different from any type of pyramid program.

First and foremost, 10pays is 100% free to join and there are no membership dues or costs of any kind.... The money our members have the ability to earn comes from the advertisers that are hoping to influence your buying habits.
Second, Members are not required to recruit anyone in order to be involved with 10pays or take advantage of any special incentives that are offered by our advertisers. Sure, you will probably do better financially if you have a group of referrals but it is not a requirement to be a member.
Third, 10pays creates a stable group structure. This means the space you are assigned when you sign up is the space you remain in. There is no moving to different “levels” and one level is inherently no better than any other level.
Forth, New members who join 10pays without being referred by an existing member are placed in the referral group of an existing member on a random basis. This ensures that all members, new and old, are treated equally.
Fifth, Members are never required to purchase anything from anybody in order to join and/or maintain their membership in 10pays.com. Naturally, we hope you support your sponsors since they are ultimately the source of all funding for the programs but it is not a requirement for membership.

Thank You.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to learn the difference between “pyramid programs” and the network marketing opportunity you have with 10pays.

By working together, we can preserve the integrity and image of 10pays, our sponsors and most importantly, our valued members.
